I assist business owners in optimising their companies ensuring that they have a clearly defined and aligned purpose and focus. I make sure that their staff are happy, productive, motivated and are correctly deployed, taking responsibility for their role in the success of the company and viewing the work they do as meaningful to a cause greater than themselves. These companies then operate from a place of harmony and increased efficiency, allowing them to make a greater contribution and ultimately thrive.

My role is that of Elevating Perspectives and Inspiring Action within a commercial context, identifying opportunities and helping to create the businesses of the future.

JEAN THERON

Jean Theron holds a Business Degree from Stellenbosch University, as well as qualifications in TFH Kinesiology, Meditation, Shamanism and Reiki.

During his career he has consulted for and done business with multiple listed companies, including Fortune 500 companies, well-known brands, captains of industry and notable entrepreneurs across various sectors. He has facilitated deals worth hundreds of millions of Rands and is a successful investor in his own right.

Jean is an advocate of Conscious Capitalism, and believes in a holistic approach to both business and life.
